A simple description of this villa in the "Costa de Canyamel" with a spectacular view of the bay and of the sea of Canyamel would not do justice to this object because it is one of the villas with "history".

This villa was built in the style of "Hollywood" Bauhaus over three floors in 1968 by the photographer Bruno Bernard who is regarded as "king of Hollywood Glamour" and as the discoverer of Marilyn Monroe. Bruno Bernhard took photographs of almost every celebrity of the glamour world in Hollywood, but he also took photographs of strippers and show girls. One of his most famous photographs is the one of Marilyn Monroe where she is standing on a ventilation shaft of the underground and her white pleated skirt is being blown into the air. It was created in 1954 during the film recording of "The Seven Year Itch".

A lot of his photographs were also created in this villa which was open to his friends and models. It must have been a crazy time there!
During this time, also the urbanization of the COSTA DE CAYAMEL was created and Bruno Bernhard was one of the three founders of this urbanization.

Today´s owner has bought the villa directly from Bruno Bernhard and now, he wants to retire mainly because of his age.
His villa in the style of Bauhaus extends over three floors, lies at the slope and because of that you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the whole surrounding area. The object consists of two separated apartments. The upper apartment has a kitchen with place for dinner and living room and a big glass façade in order to enjoy the view outside at its disposal. There are also three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms- one of these en suite- available. All bedrooms have got an exit to the balcony.

In addition to this, the neighbour property of about 1.200 square metres can be bought if required.

The garden is laid out with a lot of special qualities. Next to palm trees, you will find a lot of fruits here, like for example bananas or grapefruits or lemons and a lot of things in addition to these.
In the garden, you can stroll on a laid out path right to the "Marilyn Monroe Memorial Fountain". There is a little well with fish in it below the pool which has been created in order to remember the mutual work.
