The Palacio CaSa Galesa is a five- star residence hotel in the midst of Palma. It is situated in a building of the year 1576 and comprises 3.000 m2. Twelve different, extremely elegant rooms and suites bear the name of famous musicians. For example the Luxury suite "Gershwin", which is dedicated to its "Rapsodia", with an own terrace and a terrific view around the surrounding gardens. From the patio - the typical Spanish inner courtyard - you can reach the noble floor with a colossal best room and two salons. Have a look around the patio, whilst your ears will be indulged by the comforting ripple of the fountain.

Arrangement
In the Palacio CaSa Galesa practically a whole floor consists of salons. It is designed like a museum. Here the guest will find a library with a chimney, where he can spend the long winter evenings with an interesting book, a good wine or a wonderful Havanna. Further you will find a bar, equipped with furniture from the 17th and 19th century, where the client can compose his favourite drinks. The centrepiece, however, is the Cocina Monet. A fully yellow kitchen where you can enjoy your afternoon tea or coffee and delicious Majorcan pastries. This kitchen has been contructed as a replica of the impressionist Claude Monet, in remembrance and homage of his unforgettable art . There is a fitness room with all the equipment you desire, a UV tanning salon, a sauna and a gem which you will only find in the Palacio CaSa Galesa: a Latin bath, artfully hidden in the half souterrain. It is a swimming pool which will be comfortably cool in the summer and heated in the winter. It disposes of a compression jet for all those who prefer to swim or train in reverse flow. In the gotic old town of Palma it is the only indoor swimming pool with properly preserved arch.

Culinary Offer
On the noble floor you will also find the elegant restaurant. The guests of the hotel can dine here with their friends and acquaintances. After a previous consultation of the management this could be arranged, although usually there isn´t made provision for any gastronomical operation for pedestrians. Also absolutely appealing is the "Cocina Monet". This kitchen is a tastily equipped room kept in different yellow tones, in which the guests can have their tea or coffee, which will always be specially provided from the Harrod´s London.

Driving Direction
Situated in the centre of the old town of Palma. We would like to inform you, that there exists a system of limited access (ACIRE) in the whole area of the old town, so that access will only be possible for those, who live there, like you during your stay in the Palacio Ca Sa Galesa. When you reach the beginning of the street in front of the church Sankt-cF.e., please drive into that street, which has a gate. Should the gate be closed, please press the button (- i -) and inform the police, who will be answering, about the name of your hotel. The gate will be opened.
