Booking Conditions for houses and apartments

The shown rate per accommodation unit (house, apartment) includes the costs for bed linen, towels, electricity and water. Stays of a minimum of 10 days include the changing of bed linen and towels every 7 days as well as an intermediate cleaning is included (can also be booked separately against an extra fee, see price list).

There is an additional fee to pay for the handover-cleaning (see price list). The unit is to be given back broom-purely at the end of the renting.

An extra fee has to be paid for an additional bed in case of the maximum sleeps. The same applies for a baby bed (see price list).

In July and August, the minimum rent for apartments is one week (7 days), for all other times, the minimum rent is 3 days. For houses the minimum rent is in general one week (7 days). The date of arrival is completely selectable.

A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid until 8 weeks before the departure in our account.

The apartment/house is on the arrival day available at approx. 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, please get in contact with us in advance.

On the day of the departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment/house by latest 10:00 am.

You will be entitled to cancel the journey at any time prior to the beginning of it. The amount of cancellation charges shall depend on the access of your cancellation notice by us. The cancellation charges shall be

• 30 % of the rent in the case of cancellation up to 43 days prior to the commencement of the term (deposit forfeited),
  
  
• 50 % of the rent in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the 29th day prior to commencement of the term,
  
  
• 80 % of the rent in case of cancellation from 28 days up to 2 days prior to commencement of the term and
  
  
• the whole rent in case of later cancellation and non-utilization of the services.

Differencing from these cancellation charges at a flat rate, you will be at liberty as Contracting Party to furnish evidence of a lower damage.

If you arrange for a suitable substitute tenant or a subletting is done by us, the withdrawal charges for the period of subletting shall become inapplicable.

We recommend you to enter into a traveller’s insurance against cancellation fees.

At the time of the delivery of keys a security amounting to € 50,00 will be to make. The security will be refunded upon the surrender of the rented object and keys in accordance with the regulations.

The rented object shall only be occupied by the registered number of persons. Additional persons can be refused or separately invoiced.
