First at all, we can offer you properties from our own stock, for which we have a direct marketing job of the owners. These properties you can see directly on our website! But not all of our customers want to advertise their property in public, therefore we do have also properties on sale ware not advertised in the website.
We also joined a broker network in which we are able to search for your dream home. This network we can offer island wide properties, our colleagues and we are accustomed to working together in this way.
In this way you only have one contact person knows you and your wishes and prepare everything for you. You save yourself time and driving around and can focus better on the visits.
If you have decided on a property, we will guide you through the whole process through and includes stand with you through to our after-sale service of just the re-registration of existing contracts, such as gas, water, etc..
