Mallorca and the spell of the island

In 1986, we entered the island for the first time.

At that time we, like many others also, firstly came to Mallorca with a mixture of feelings. What would us expect on this island – only described pejoratively as the island of “cleaning ladies”?

But then, we were there and we saw everything on the island and began to get to know and later to know it. And, in the same way, as the occupations of cleaning ladies are in no way something bad or ridiculous, it also showed up that the island Mallorca is a real “pearl” in the Mediterranean. The variety and possibilities of the island and in addition to this, the hospitableness and cordialness of the Mallorquins has not been releasing us since then. Naturally in the beginning, only for the vacations; then already for the duration of whole winters, up to our complete move to Mallorca in the year 2004. Since then, we have been living in the Cala Murada. A place, which, from our point of view, is ideal, in order to live here on Mallorca for the whole year.

However, at the moment, we are evenly still to young only for living and in addition to that, we have expanded our “hobby”, i.e. investments in real estates and properties, to our profession and occupation and we have made our appointment. We are now operating with our business experience of many years in Spain - not only on Mallorca, but also on the Spanish mainland - a service enterprise approximately around the real estate. Thus, the idea developed to Perfect Mallorca.
